Villa Niko is a recently completed villa 3.5 kilometers north of Ubud in the village of Junjungan. The main house is occupied by the owners.
The buildings are set on 1200 square meters of land with road frontage and jungle to the rear. On both sides of the house there are rice field views. On a good day Mount Agung can be seen to the north east, and the ocean to the south.
The villa, or guest house, faces north and looks over the swimming pool, bale, and rice fields.
Villa Niko is an ideal location to stay while visiting Ubud. It’s close enough to town, but far enough away to sample true village life in Bali.
The experience at Villa Niko is a little different. It is cross between a hotel or villa, and a home stay. You’ll be afforded great service, enjoy your own privacy in a beautiful environment, all at a very affordable price.
